case drop not working?

Guys i have this problem lately where cases dont drop after the weekly refresh.Why is this happening?I know everyone gets a drop + case every week..others always take it on 1st day!

Personally, I usually get the case drop when I level up (xp). As with the weekly bonus I get a skin/graffiti drop when I level up, I usually level up 2 times to make sure I get one, which usually works.
Also, if you got the skin drop from a level up in a game, you can't get another drop in the next game, or at least it's very rare.

I mean i always level up twice for sure.Seems like valve has done something that wasnt released in public something like drop rate reduction or a limited case number.Something sketchy...

Same thing. I was waiting a long time (69 h) to get a case drop. I got it after winning a game today.

I played 100 hrs/ last 2 weeks got only 1 case dropped lol

Csgo inventories unavailable, csgo market down.
Started 1.5 weeks ago, happens every day.
Probably preparing and converting csgo stuff to cs2.
And case drops are affected with this, drops get delayed

i have 2 accounts and idle for about 4 days already but no drop (both like 25-30 hours each)
and yes i have prime since 2015

My drops are delayed because i only play during the afternoon and thats when the servers are down.
