15-year veteran

Hello, everyone! I would like to start a discussion about a problem that I personally experienced in the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Recently, I reached the 15-year mark of playing this wonderful game, but did not receive the corresponding 15-year veteran coin. I believe that this is an issue that may arise for many players, so I would like to find out what the possible reasons for this problem could be.

Perhaps it is related to some technical issue, or it may be related to changes in the system of rewards for long-term gameplay in CS:GO. In any case, I would like to hear your thoughts and opinions on this matter.
