If u hate something, just avoid it...
Theres ton of other games if ur only interested on graphics.
this games artstyle got ruined years ago
You seem to have it completely backwards. If were only interested in graphics, why would I be here? I'd be busy playing Battlefield or Arma if I only cared about graphics—I'm here because I really like Counter-Strike.
Indeed it does, but it's one of the lesser offenders. Check out CS2's Negev and Sawed-off. Also, have you seen how characters get completely engulfed in bright electrical arcs when they're shot with a Zeus?
You do understand that TF2 released over 15 years ago now, right? Try comparing it to COD4. TF2 is a hallmark of excellent art direction to still hold up visually more than a decade post-release.
True, but this way, you don't even have a choice! At least in CSGO you can choose very artistically conservative skins, or just use unskinned weapons.
Honestly, any sort of realism the game had was gone as soon as skins were introduced.
Valve has gone from leaders to followers when it comes to artistic direction.
I don't know if they've since updated the art, but this simply isn't true. For example, in CSGO, the metallic surfaces on guns have characteristic imperfections, scratches, and a general coarseness that CS2's guns lack. If I recall correctly, the metal parts of the Sawed-Off and MAG-7 are practically pristine, with no blemishes to be found.
