Most certainly.
Matchmaking with Other Prime Players: Prime status allows players to participate in a separate matchmaking pool that consists exclusively of other Prime players. This generally results in higher quality matchmaking, as Prime players are typically more invested in the game and tend to exhibit better sportsmanship, communication, and overall game sense.
Access to Prime-Exclusive Items: Prime status unlocks exclusive cosmetic items, weapon cases, and drops that are only available to Prime players. These items can be valuable in the CS:GO trading market and provide an added incentive for players to upgrade their status.
Trust Factor Boost: Along with Prime status, players also receive a boost to their Trust Factor, which is a system implemented by Valve to evaluate a player's overall behavior and reliability. A higher Trust Factor increases the likelihood of being matched with other trustworthy and cooperative players, further enhancing the matchmaking experience.
More Accessible Communication Features: Prime status allows players to use in-game voice and text chat more freely. Non-Prime players have some communication restrictions, such as limited text chat and being unable to use voice chat in certain game modes. With Prime status, players can enjoy more effective communication with teammates, promoting better teamwork and coordination.
Enhanced Progression and Rewards: Prime status offers additional opportunities for progression and rewards. Players can earn Prime-exclusive weapon drops and receive bonus experience points, allowing for faster leveling and unlocking additional features and customization options for their CS:GO profile.
If I knew, I'd have spent it buying other games.
That is literally every online game ever.
Prime isn't about getting rid of trolls/cheaters in their entirety; to think so and expect it from a mere 14,29€ upgrade is simply said stupid.
It's about reducing them, which it most certainly does.
And if you're out here, regretting your pruchase of 14,29€, while still playing the game (which you do), then you have some other problems to worry about and take care of.
Besides, this guy said it pretty well:
There is nothing to regret, after playing for a couple of weeks, seen as you easily make all the money back.
That being said, if you enjoy the gameplay of CS, buying Prime is the thing to do.
I'm convinced! I already bough Prime and I had a good time doing ranked competitive matches. Thanks for helping me out.
Of course, good luck in your games!
