Failed to connect with local Steam Client on Kubuntu 22.04

Dear Support,

Long time ago i was installed and play CS:Go first on my Ubunutu. Since later time with many update on ubuntu 20.04 and uprade to 22.04 i cant play CS: GO. They Error: Faltal Error: Failed to connect with local Steam Cieint are comming.
I tried tho check the installs, close all steam processes with htop and start cs: go, re-register me on the steam client and update the steam client. All say it is ok, but CS: GO never start.
I testet with different Porton and this message come. I tested without Proton Option and CS: Go dont start without a message.
My hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, AMD RX470 8 GB and CS:Go will be Installed and run on a SSD.
Software: Kubuntu 22.04 LTS
