You'll have to put a lot of hours into it, but it can be done. I'd estimate that each "color" takes approx. 12-14 weeks playing everyday. It helps if your performance peaks during the weekly XP boost.

you get 11150 slightly above or below xp before reduced weekly. its 5000 per level. 32 xp resets left in this year depending on where your progress is you can figure out if you can get blue or not by legitimate means. hope this helps

its all subjective right? it depends on how bad you want it or not. the time spent depends on the game mode your playing and your average time and xp per game but blue can easily be done with a medal ready from the previous year or you can grind it out in the year just less easy

What do you mean by "is it worth"? There's no particular gain on having coloured medals other than aesthetics and devotion showcase. It will not make you better or worse.
