MY PRIME STATUS WAS GONE

i dont know why but yesterday seem like hacker do some things with my account after that my Prime status and my compet rank were not show up.

Contact Steam Support and explain that someone may have had access to your account and your Prime has been removed.

You can check if Prime is enabled by navigating to your profile, clicking on "Games" and searching for CS:GO. Then open Personal Stats in the left drop-down menu on CS:GO and click on the button that says "Prime Account". Now you can see if and when Prime was enabled. If you don't play any ranked games for a month, but only some unranked games, your rank will no longer be displayed. Prime cannot be removed under under any* circumstances.

*Except for some very rare exceptions, such as never playing a ranked game and explaining to support that you did not intend to buy prime.

i already check it and it said enabled but i dont know why it now show in the game.

It is no longer visible in the menu if you have already purchased Prime, as you will have it when you choose between "Ranked" and "Unranked" matches. You can navigate to the information button under your profile in the right bar to see more information, but to do that you actually have to search for a match. You can check if you have a Prime account by clicking on your profile picture in the same bar and seeing the Prime icon in the lower left corner, which should say "Prime Account".

in game it said i have to buy Prime but i cant because i already have it

This is a huge red flag that might indicate an API Scam.

You should immediately
1. scan your computer
2. change your password in Steam account settings
3. revoke any issued API key
4. create a new trading URL
5. change your password to your email address
6. contact Steam support about the problem with Prime
7. reinstall CS:GO (Backup cfg folder and delete any remaining files after deinstall)

My friend just got hacked like @Mojo jojo. The hacker removed cs2 prime and 1 other game on his account. Did you got it resolve @Mojo jojo??

same happened to me recently , would say to contact steam and tell them your account was compromised and that your prime status was removed from csgo

This happend to me today, Started with a chat from someone that said it was from Steam support blabla bla and ill did not do what this person said cuz i know its a scam, then this guy deleted all my friend + changed pic + info in my profile... ill change pw/email/reset pc etc but not i notice ill dont have prime anymore... Sad ppl, but karma will get this lowballs and send em to frontline.
