how can i remove CSGO free edition to get my prime status back?

yesterday, i was almost scammed. Luckily my skins were fine in the end, but hacker added a CSGO free edition on my account, then my prime status have gone.
When i try to remove this free edition, i got a massage from steam"there is an unknown error occured", now how can i remove those free edition to get my prime status back?

You can if you make a carge back on your credit card. But i think that will get your steam account suspended too.

They can remove it, the scammers do this to scare you into sending away your items to a friend, and that's when the scam takes place with the steam API key scam. I think you must contact steam support to get your Prime back, haven't seen another method. Just explain what happened and they will help you.

You could also try this, but i'm not sure if it will work to get the prime back.

1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/

2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.

3. Click on the game.

4. Select "It's not in my library"

5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

i tried this, but phase 5 isn't exist, also i watch the shop page, i cant pay for prime status either, which means i have prime status now, but i dont know why it disappeared.

Now i got 3 version CSGO in my account:
Jan 10, 2016 - Purchased as part of: Prime Status Upgrade
Apr 21 - Purchased on Steam
Apr 22 - Purchased on Steam

i guess last 2 free version is added to remove my prime status. Now i try to connect steam support to remove those free edition.

Have you taken measures to secure your account? Because they clearly had access to your API key or your log-in information to remove prime.

Yep. I already changed my API key and password last night. Also i remove all device history i have logged in. Now that scammer have gone. The only lose is my prime status.

Actually when scammer add me to trade my skins,for some "security reason", i know thats a scam. the only thing i dont imagine is they can cancel my prime status, this is the only thing i can learn from that.

They can only in case they have access to your account.
Log out from all devices and change password.

yeah, i did all i can last night, including change steam api key and password, log out all devices, even i change my email password too. Hope everything i do will work.
