Resource materials\panorama\images\icons\ui\globe.svg failed to load.

Hello I have this issue when I start my game I can play MM but i can't play any community server so I can't play faceit to.
What i've already try : unistall game and steam verify my local files, delet material folder and verify local files, try an other IP.

I noticed that the folder ui and globe.svg are not on my folders did anyone knows if its normal or have a solution for me plz ?
