Counter-strike 2 - Night vision

So with the upcorming source 2 engine i had thought a little..
Can we have/get a night time mode, where on the maps, it's dark and you need to buy night vision. Or like, sometimes it's day and them on some important rounds it could be night, so before you start of you need to buy night vision googles on that specific round because it's dark.
Anyway could be interesting to run around with nvg, example, dust, but in night mode, where u have nvg's, flashbangs, ect. Imagine get a flashbang when you use nvg, screen become extra white

night vision wasnt ever used in 1.0/1.6 so night vision ever returning would be only in a modded servers, official match making wont have nvgs

That would be great if they made some dark, night time maps then It would be fun to fight with night visions

Probally not but it could have been interesting, it's 2023 afterall. Maybe it's just me thinking this could be interesting?

Yeah this is what i was thinking. Just another way to play counter strike. Imagine like dust but where it's night time and people ran with nvg, with flashbangs, smokes, ect. I think it could become a blast!

true it is a interesting concept i will say that, would be cool if valve brang back old dusty beta 5 and 1,0 maps along side the nvg

No, there are no maps in CS:GO where night vision goggles would be used, and this will not be the case in the new version of CS2 either, at least VALVE has not announced an update where night vision goggles could be used yet.

What are you talking about, there could be manye maps where night vision goggles would be or could be used. We know that nvgs is not a thing in cs but it could be. Furthermore it would just be another way to play cs nontheless, a interesting whole new approach to cs, with dark maps upcoming to summer. I think the idea is great but donno if they would be able to make that the thing is i wonder why no one have came up with this idea yet in 2023, many tactical fps games has nvg's today.
