New game, but not enough accessibility for female progamers and lgbt?

I could be misinformed about this, if so I'm really sorry! But still after all these years I don't see Valve caring about the groups I mentioned when it comes to CS.
All other companies do what's possible to support such groups that have much to give to the existing community that, even though it's okay the way it is it could be even better with the inclusion from such groups that have much to give to ours and that also would mean less toxicity in general, a natural effect of inclusivity, something that even with the existing moderating tools from both players and devs are not enough to stop which is why so many memes are about relativizing trolling and toxic behavior, something seen in other communities that are similar in terms of population like halo and cod.

Yeah I think people either purposely or not but misunderstood this like people want to misunderstand everything nowadays it seems. (I got your point like female and other genders/genderless people.) What are your opinions or ideas how Valve should improve the inclusivity? I ask since I don't know what the other games has done towards it. I think in general Valve should pay more attention to the game environment. There is a lot of toxic people out there. If you're woman, you get kicked from the game even if you basically carry your team, you get to listen people's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ how women can't do anything and bla bla bla. And I don't say it would be easy for men or any other person tho, there is lots of toxic attitude if you do a little mistake or you're having a bad gaming day. I think csgo should be safe place whatever gender you represent and everyone should feel safe to use their (own) voice on voice chat without fear of bullying. Thanks for bringing this topic up!

This post has been misunderstood already by 92% of the users.

OP is asking about the environment of the game to get less toxic, especially towards more special groups of people like LGBT and disabled people (women included regardless if they're LGBT/non-LGBT/disabled/not).

This game has lots of LGBT-phobes, racists, misogynists, anapirophobes (or ableists) and even if you by chance are a 60+ million youtuber, the devs won't listen to better the environment for every kind of group. You either have to learn to deal with it, or just don't bother with playing the game. Users alone on this thread have been angered already by the word of LGBT and women. Or they're absolute trolls and just want to make a reaction out of you.

My point has been explained, no further explanations will be given if people are gonna ask, your fault for not understanding my point.
