Because its beta... they are fixing the game.
The scoop is not painted in csgo so it was not supposed to happen in cs2, that would mess with the market.

They didn't remove it the cs2 it's in a beta so they don't care if they make the skins 100 % correct i know that many skins are not working yet BC that's not what the beta it's about of you only playing the beta to see your skins you shouldn't accept the inv if you only care about skins, you have been invited to test and play a game not the skins. Really hate the way CSGo it's going when people only care about the skins then the game play.

Thank goodness I didn't buy that. looks cool but not how the people who first bought these thought they'd look. There's just no way they'd keep the scope like that. Everything like how it was originally supposed to look. Otherwise blue gems might still look like meh, they def gonna be working on skins.
