Noob here, how do you play the bomb defusal mode or search and destroy or whatever it's called?

Only thing I can think of is to go through a long stream of someone playing csgo and finding a moment where they click on the button to queue for 5v5 bomb, but I'm too lazy for that.

Play competitive. If you dont have prime you can only play "scrimmage competitive" but it is 5v5 also.

casual is still bomb defusal, but competitive is the 5v5 mode with team damage and no global voice chat

You can play casual 5vs5 game mod but it's under ranked and just don't forgot to change the match to unranked, the closes you will get to that with valve servers it's the casual 10 Vs 10 i think it is, our play community servers that are made with 5vs5 in mind.

Matchmaking - Casual

Pick either of the Defusal Groups or Dust II and click GO

Hostage Group will be Hostages to rescue/defend.

Don’t let CS get to you. It’s a difficult game and a new player will struggle. Headshots are king and if you go to Practice - Deathmatch you can play some bots to work on your headshot aim.

Also if you play matchmaking deathmatch it’s just a warmup and you can’t let it bother you too much that people are spawning everywhere and you’re getting shot in the back. Just warmup your aim and go to matchmaking casual.
