CS2 Random Black Screen and PC Restarting

When I´m in CS2, i suddenly get a black screen and the PC is restarting. This happens totally random whilst in game. I changed the launch options like described in this thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/3821921664846590638/

This helps getting rid of the black screen, but playing CS in full screen windowed is really messed up when you usually play full screen on 4:3 stretched. - Does anybody know some fixes yet? If not: Valve, time to fix this.
