Cs2 fps drop i5 11400f 3050ti 16gb laptop

Im getting bad input lag while fps is 180 but drops to 100 , no.issue at all in cs go, smooth as butter in cs go, however cs 2 is not smooth at all. Any fix?

Clear dx12 cache, reinstall game,
Video settings lowest all, 4:3 res, reflex on+boost, amd fsr ultra quality, and all the high performance nvidia settings, then cap fps to 120 so you wont feel the big drop in fps fluctuation. My fps i get is between 60-120. My spec is 5800h, 3050ti, 24gb ram, and external monitor.

Sell laptop, buy a desktop.
