Both are great skins but the Neo wins for me.....

The overall look and quality of the Neo imo is just cleaner and sharper than the Dragon King.

Tbh, both look mid and are heavily affected by the float.
Everything below good float minimal wear is extremely scratched.
Between these two I personally prefer dragon king,
as it has been in the game for longer,
and I'm not a fan of the neo noir skins.
