How do i play csgo 1?

I do not get a popup when starting csgo to start csgo number 1 and therefore cannot open any cases! This is absolutely outrageous! Anyone know how to fix

right click csgo > properties > general > go to launch options and activate " ask on start up"
now you can chose which cs you play
