cs2 resolution maxing at 1600:900

So CS2 won't let me go above 1600:900 even though I have a 1920:1080 monitor. That problem is fixed if I launch the game with -vulkan, but that way my 99th percentile framerate goes to the 9th circle. I tried setting -w and -h manually in launch options, but the game just seems to ignore that.

Only clue I have on that is that my laptop is on a 1600:900 resolution, and I sometimes connect from laptop to my PC using parsec, which then scales the resolution to my laptop's resolution. But this is the only game that has this problem, and I completelly turned parsec off and restarted my PC, I checked NVIDIA control panel, and windows display settings, both confirming my monitor is working at 1920:1080.

thank you for the suggestion, but didn't help. I also thought the game might be not configured correctly for high refreshrates so I also tried 60Hz, but still nothing
