What on earth is this that are you talking about
Since I don't know anything about keydrop or whatever other website and how they work now I can't tell you if the sites are just scams or you have been scammed by a third party.
you either
were on a scamsite
or
a fakeversion of the real site
the answer is that Valve didn't like third party sites and had alot of them shut down
I hadn’t been scammed nope that’s not true on 2020 November 20 I got scammed by someone that sent me messages of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and this website I go to this website and I get F up for 2 years I don’t know how to get back my account and then I get back my account it’s been 4 months with my account getting back to me
