CS2 lag with high FPS

As the title says, my CS2 is lagging so much and stuttering even tho my fps counter is above 300. How do i fix this?

I have already turned on so many optimization settings in windows
Drivers are updated
Graphic settings are medium (tried them all)
I've tried everything but i can't find a fix, i need help.
This also started happening in CSGO even though i have never experienced this before.

Specs:
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB VRAM
Intel Core
i7-8700K 3.70GHz
16GB RAM

AMD issue, turning off MSA helped me.

i have to turn on vsync so that the game feels smooth even tho i have 400+fps.

The CT + T Models are lagging. Not everytime, but they're stuck for 0,5 sec and appear 3 meter next to their old postion. I have this problem every 40 sec. Unplayable.

turning on the vsync is worked for me too. that was the only solution.

Hello, is there any way to remove these lags without switching on vcync? On high elo this vsync input lag make the game unplayable. I have stable +400 fps with 240 Hz monitor, temperatures and usage of CPU and GPU are normal. I have checked almost everything and found no solution. If anyone knows anything about this or has any suggestions on how to fix it, please explain. Thank you in advance.
