How to use the "play" command to specify sound volume on cs2
Trying to mess with sounds because I like some other sounds added to the game, but I can't seem to figure out how to customize the sound volume.

I'm trying to do something similar, i have some cfgs for training and i want to have some fast feedback to know that the file has been executed.
While i could use text on console, as i run the files with a bound key i would need to open the console just to check that, which is just time-consuming. My solution in CS:GO was to use the command "playvol" in which you could specify the file and the volume. In CS2 that command is no longer working (don't know if it will ever be back), and also many files are not playable anymore (like "buttons/button3" for example).

The volume thing, i fixed it by using the snd_toolvolume command, i set it to 0.4 by typing: "snd_toolvolume 0.4", and after that, every "play" command will play with volume 0.4. Of course you can set it to whatever value you'd like, though if you're gonna use it fairly frequently i wouldn't recommend setting it higher than 0.7.

The sound files not working (or not being playable) anymore, i have no idea what to do, nor do i know what are the sound files i CAN actually play... I remember in CS:GO, the youtuber "MrMaxim" had uploaded a file with like 8 thousand sound files you could "play", but i don't know how i could get a list like that one. If you know or get to something like that, please please let me know! Even if it's months after the actual game (not the current beta) is out, i'll probably be still looking for that new list.
