FACEIT matchmaking queue temporarily closed

I've been wanting to take CS a lot more serious after getting back into it recently and finally give FACEIT a try to hopefully find a team to play with as I've heard it is the best way to go about doing so. But, every time I try to use the FACEIT client it keeps telling me the queue is temporarily closed. I have the ANTI-CHEAT installed and linked and I'm really not sure what else to do. Is this something that everyone is dealing with, or is it something I'm doing wrong? I've looked all over the internet now for answers and the most recent time I've found the queues actually were closed by FACEIT themselves was earlier this year. If anyone has some potential help or answers that would be awesome. Thanks.

as some ppl say,because of the demo viewer beta,u can still play CSGO faceit. Is that a hoax then? Also,why there would be an option to select it on faceit?
