CS2 crashing multiple times during match

CS2 keeps crashing randomly midgame also causing amd adrenaline driver to timeout. I have to completely restart the pc to be able to play again, the game is unplayable and unenjoyable this way. I have very strong hardware, 7900xt, i7 13700k, 1000W supply. Game is not smooth and keeps crashing, this needs to be fixed. I also heard people with nvidia cards encountering the issue with random game crashes. I made sure it was no issue on my pc, reinstalled latest graphics driver, reinstalled cs, cleaned registry, tried different resolutions, still keeps crashing randomly.

Same here, 7900XTX. paying 1k for a GPU just to have problems like these it’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Next time I’ll be going back to Nvidia for sure

As is said people with nvidia cards do have crashes as well.

I have the exact same problem, and I've tried numerous fixes, but none of them have worked. It's so frustrating, and it only happens with CS2, I swear :(

yeah they definetely need to work on optimizing the game for all kinds of different hardware, cpus of amd and intel, gpus from amd, not just nvidia. Also the game makes the cpu and gpu work very hard, and temps get pretty high although graphic isn't insane.

7900xt same error. I noticed by disabling the MSAA settings, I no longer get the driver timeout .

I also don't get timeouts anymore with msaa x4, shader and particle on low, and ambient occlusion off. But still there is some unsmoothness, choppiness during gameplay, definetely needs to be further optimized.
