CS2 stutter fix (on AMD platforms)

Quick and dirty, I know the fix to reduce stutter on AMD platforms.

One reason is if you have two CCDs so basically 2 CPU packages you need to turn off one CCD in BIOS and turn off Antialiasing ingame. AMD CPUs with two packages are for example 5900X or 5950X or 7900X or 7950X etc.

Further you need to check the GPU Tuning on your AMD GPU. Min Max must be in range of 100 Mhz.

I have a 5950x with zero stuttering, didn't have any issues on my 3900x either.

Just uninstall adrenaline and install amd pro edition drivers.

After trying every ”fix” online, nothing seemed to completely remove the stuttering in CS2. I reduced my stuttering by converting my (C:) drive to GPT (from MBR) allowing me to boot using UEFI instead of CSM. Also, my fps nearly doubled.

Perhaps it was just the re-install that fixed it? I'm also dealing with this now

The problem is the game is unoptimized as hell. No amount of magic "fixes" is gonna change this unless we have access to configuration files on how much core counts the game uses, etc. CPU and GPU utilization are clear problems in this:

Also input lags all over the place. Aside from my i7 8700k, I also have an FX-8350 which I tested this out also. Same freaking thing. All cores aren't utilized, same numbers so clearly an optimization issue like with COD Modern Warfare II. If anyone has access to configuration files where we can change core count usage, let us know. I think that will solve the problems this game has.

I'm on 7700X + RX6700 XT, and also have stuttering problems. Even so, if I set graphics settings to lowest - it will make even worse!!! However fps meter shows constant 250-300fps. I tried to set fps_max 75 - and this made things betters, but still some lags happen.
Hope it will be fixed someday soon.

I found the fix -> Just delete temp files in Windows! Search for temporary files in the search field and here you go
