How to change CS2 launch options?

I have no idea where to find the launch options for CS2 exclusively, only to CSGO. I'm trying to set "-novid" and "+exec autoexec", but it doesn't work.

On some guides I found on the internet, they tell me to go to "Library → Games → Counter-Strike 2", but I launch CS2 using CSGO...

They are the same, i think autoexec doesnt exist in CS2 yet.
