CS2 Low Fps/ Stuttering /Freezes

I have a ryzen 5 3600 with rtx 2060 super and 16gb ram ( basically i shouldnt had any problem playing this ) but i had freezes every 2min for like 15sec each... (ofc i losed some winnable matches)
So what i did:
1. press windows button + r and type ,,temp,, delete all
2. press windows button + r and type ,,%temp%,, delete all
3. press windows button + r and type ,,prefetch,, delete all
if that dosent work ( for it didnt at the begining ) and if you have cs installed for a while
uninstall it and reinstall it (after that guys i had 250+ fps without any lag with everything on high quality) i hope this gonna help you
