i need help with this too and there have been no solutions my CSGO works but not cs2 because of Tier 0 it always says failed to load the tier0.dll error 0x0000007e when i try to start the game pls help fast

try the second last nvidia driver instead of the newest

It's might be if you using symlink for "steamapps" folder like I used.

If so, move "steamapps" folder to Steam directory like it should be by default
