Got heavy stutters after release (though in Beta it was fine), and then I did your steps and stutters gone! Thank you very much for sharing this.

Before, I tried in-game video settings even lower than that (also textures=low, shadows=low) but stutters and low FPS overall prevailed.
Seems to me, that the DirectX cache really is to blame...
Video Resolution: 1024x768
Previously I used 1280 x 960 res but I felt the movement was slow. 1024x768 is stable for me so far. It felt like CSGO. If you have higher GPU, just use 1280 x 960 because pros use this.

*Ambient Occlusion: Medium (Minimum)

FidelityFX Super Resolution: Disabled (Highest Quality)
*NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency: Enabled
* Global Shadow Quality and Ambient Occlusion is the most important settings. Set this at the minimum or Highest Quality.
*Choose Enabled + Boost if you have higher GPU cards. If not, Enabled is suffice.
