Report a translation problem
You can no longer buy or sell it on the market as you the warning says. Sadly you won't be able to get it unless someone can trade it for you :(
If Valve wants to introduce new weapons, which they said they will, then this sort of system only makes sense. Just imagine, if you had an alternative to the AK-47, which was viable in certain circumstances. Having this loadout system in my eyes is a great thing as it makes players think what they actually will use and what is good for the map that they will be playing. The refund feature I find to be extremely useful as well.
Also, talk about why you find it bad and do not just attack the guy for liking it.
