CS2 rating w/ expired csgo rank

I believe that expired CSGO rank isn't considered when doing CS2 placements. As a global expired rank. Doing CS2 placements ranked me around 6 rating and the rest of my friends LEM+ around 15. After de-doing my cs:go rank I decayed down to LEM.

CS2 assumes your rating as a new player if you do your placements with an expired CS:GO rank.

Oh well, gonna be fun legally smurfing for the next 100 wins smile.
