Report a translation problem
The same behavior for me.
1. Disable CS2 DLC.
2. Go to CS:GO properties – Compatibiliy - check "Force the use .." checbox, Select one of Protons. Wait for small updates.
3. Uncheck this checkbox. Wait for small update.
4. Run CS:GO. It should work.
Tried all the above. Nothing works. Looks like I'll have to wait.

Occasionally the game does load, but usually it crashes either at the Valve logo display stage or after the game logo animation.
Trying to run it through Proton 9 is always successful, but you can't connect to servers in that mode.
Today the game after a successful launch also froze during a match in competitive mode. Attempts to restart the game were unsuccessful.
About a month ago, the game was working perfectly.

Motherboard - Asus TUF Gaming
HDD - 1TB (not used by the game)
sata ssd - 512Gb(not used by the game)
nvme ssd - 1Tb(used by game and system)
OS - ArchLinux
