how do you fix Dx11 error message?

when i open cs2 bety an errorn message pops out stating: CRebderDeviceMgrDx11::CretateDivice():
This applicatoin requeres DX11, no valid device found.
my system is running Dx12
i updated everything, valideted my files, restarted my pc and still nothing helps
I'm kinda lost here can anybody help me please?

Sad but I hope they fix this in later version because you can't use dx12 or Vulcan

1. To reset the launch options for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, you can follow the steps below:
