CSGO AND CS2 UNJUSTIFIED GRIEF BANS ISSUE 2020-2023

yeah so i i cant bother to type much about it in short u get alot of reports when u play good and i mean carry most games so if u go 3-5 games straight and u play very good u might get a "grief ban" ranging from 3days to 10days

note that bans like 3-10 days were never present in csgo back in 2016-2020 it was just somehow secretly added as feature to get rid off players who play GOOD < this is the main point of this post what in the world makes csgo team thing that this is a good idea ?

next way u can get banned - u have a bad social score because games are litteraly like chinese cccp goverment watching over ur bad mouth . let me explain so when i play in a game where no one respects me and bullies me and i open my mouth to them to answer the bullying saying ♥♥♥♥ off or i dont wanna talk to u in short or just reply with same lvl of toxicity when its just too annoying u might get a grief ban because thats FAIR < babey thats fair ASF or when u play against a cheater or a spinbotter and u say ♥♥♥♥ this guy 10 times in a voicechat bad .. bad bad u get a ban babey dont be mad u play against a cheater ahaha have fun .

3 way u get banned u were actually toxic to ur teammates unrespectful etc this does happen if i have to summarize me 11-14 competitive cooldowns overall for "griefing" it was maybe 2-3 times actaully toxic 5 times just playing really good and maybe 2-3 times answering the bullying .

TLDR u cant even be a real human being with feelings in 2023 CS amazing valve

If you knew all the excuses that cheaters/lamers make in order to fit their narrative you wouldn't be bumping your stuff.

Same thing with me, I got a 3 day grief ban 1st time for killing 1 teammate which was just for fun in my 5 stack lobby and that was understandable, just showing that its a good system. After the cooldown ended today, I was being on my best behavior, maybe some team damage (non intentional) through cs utility which happens normally and I got another 3 day ban FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON?!!! CS2 Cheaters are thriving proving the new VAC Live doesn't work BUT FOR STUPID GRIEF BANS ITS INSTANT??????? FIX THIS PLEASE.

Was banned for 2 days for griefing.
Played cs 2 against full stack, took round 1x4. Apparently the boys were offended and report me. If I am banned again for nothing, I will come to play once a week for the sake of the chest. ♥♥♥♥ this garbage system of reports.

The only real solution for me is to play less then 10 offical MM games per week, otherwise the chances I get banned go up drastically. I still play alot of faceit though.

Buddy was talking facts, you always think people are full of it and only finding excuses but there is a problem going on with reports, if you don't feel like it is the case go somewhere else, you clearly have no personal experience to talk about this subject.

-The worst part about all of this, every time someone posts anything about this being an issue, no one believes them, because the majority doesn't have this issue.

-I can usually only play 1-2 games every 14 days. yet I have managed to be griefing banned. this whole system is joke. It was bad enough being constantly muted without even saying anything in chat/mic, but at least I could play. well no the cooldowns keep coming from nowhere, while playing 5 que, its doesnt matter. Your opponents reporting you every match for "cheating, griefing, chat abuse and etc"(real reason or not is doesnt matter) thats why you get banned, why can the enemies even report you for griefing in the first place? It should be common sense that a system based on reports will be abused, I have no clue how they thought this was a good idea.I thought valve would understand that a system purely based on reports wouldn't work, considering half of the legit players are global muted

-I wrote to Steam support, and here's what they said: You received a warning or punishment for inappropriate communication in the game because many CS:GO players complained about your offensive behavior in the game. The Steam support team cannot lift these restrictions. The only way to cancel the punishment is to gain experience on official servers. Non-prime accounts receive "virtual experience" in non-prime games for the sole purpose of removing punishment for inappropriate communication.

-The developers of CS:GO designed this system in such a way that it is impossible to cheat it. This means that all received complaints came from real players. It is stated that only game experience can remove auto-mute." which is impossible with the cs community

-seems like you can mass report someone and they will get muted 90% of the time It's funny you are now more likely to get a ban in counter strike than in league of legends that's how f*cked it is now

-Typical Valve laziness. can't be bothered to moderate a game with toxic community, so they get the community to destroy itself. whoever had this idea, well done. You've earned a medal for 'most idiotic employee'.

I got the same problem, but the enemy team reported me for griefing, all my games had cool teammates that never reported me, i just won a few games in a row then got a ban. The salty children on enemy team spammed reports after getting wiped and that got me banned.
Funny how enemies can decide if you are griefing (which means throwing the game for your team)
