Why is CS2 optimized so badly?

1. It is a beta its not very optimized just yet.
2. source 1 and source 2 use your PC in very different ways,
in source 1 it mainly used your CPU single threaded to do most of the work and the GPU was almost irrelevant so you could get away with 300fps with a gtx 1050,
In source 2 the load is split between the CPU and GPU more so having a good dedicated GPU matters now. There is also the fact source 2 uses more than just 1 CPU core now.
Likely the reason FSR 1.0 is included to help CSGO players with really bad GPUs.
I even went from 500-600fps in CSGO to 160-200ish FPS, Basically modern game requires modern hardware its time to upgrade.

The sheer impatience with people these days is staggering.... the streaming/AI age has made everybody expect things on demand 24/7. It's awful to see. It's still in beta for crying out loud....

People running 5600 running at 100-200 FPS, so if you run an old quadcore you'll run like 40-75fps, which is not really good for a title like this.

From what I've read previously, I sadly think that will no longer be an option as from what I've seen it's rumoured to be a full replacement and CSGO will disband. Could be wrong but it's just what I've read.

I'm gonna say this now due to how the engines are fundamentally different you will not get the same performance as in CSGO.

CSGO will still be fully playable it will just go into permanent maintenance mode like TF2. An exploit fix here and there but not any new content or changes,

It most likely won't go in this "maintenance mode like tf2"
CS:GO matchmaking will not work, so the only option is going to be bots, maybe servers? But close to few will play CSGO so servers are gonna be a pointless time waste.
