Unlimited accounts and the scumbags that farm them are why gaming is so rife with cheating scum.

The only real solution is to force link prime accounts to the real life personal ID of the user. That way - once you get banned you can never play again unless the sky falls and valve starts removing bans.
But as we all know - it will not happen. After all valve gets more money from cheaters than legit players.
Another option I have proposed in here and even sent emails to the csgo dev team is for a payed admin subscription - where you can call an admin to check cheaters in ongoing game - something similar to how faceit premium worked - but it still hasn't been implemented. And probably never will.
