CS2 microphone VOIP detection level too low

When I speak to the microphone / VOIP in the game, my voice does not go to people, but when I shout, it goes at a normal level. I think CS2's microphone detection sensitivity is too low. I was experiencing the same thing while playing CS:GO in the lobby before the match started, it was normal in the game after the match started. However, in order for the CS2 to detect my microphone, I have to speak at a higher volume. And yes, all my microphone settings are set to the highest level in Windows and in-game settings. Sorry for my bad english, i used translate for this issue.

Happens on my end, sometimes I transmit, others I don't, depends on the urgency in my voice and how loudly im speaking. Needs a tweak.

also having issues with this i think if we send an email with the issue it will be fixed or added as a setting you could adjust

I even reported that bug in the limited Beta long ago...Did some research on it and found out that huge amount of people have the exact same problem, still no fix.I put my microphone very close to my mouth, kissing it every time i talk so people can hear me..
Game shouldn't go out so early, not finished at all.It will be nice and polished around january in my opinion.Gonna move to something else till they fix the mics and cheaters.

Yes i did it too, reported to valve. I hope they solve this as soon as possible. Also, I barely see 100 fps in the game, I usually get 50 fps in conflicts. In CS:GO it was 250 300. I hope they will soon share an update note that will make players with old hardware happy.

Same here. At the start of playing cs2 all was working good though, they must had messed something up after the beta release.

check steam microfone settings..... go steam-settings- and check there, increase your voip, and offcours you have microfone voip incs and you must putt it higher
