CS2 Hit Indicator (Red on Edges of screen) Removal

I don't know if it's just me but I feel like CS 2 has to many on screen distractions that make it hard to focus on the game itself.

One of those being the screen effect that happens when you get hit. In my opinion this has to be removed or at least give us a option to disable it.

this indicator lowers my fps 140 to 20

I'm surprised not more people are mentioning this. I've been playing since 2015 and I've lost interest for CS due to the red screen, the bullet tracing rounds and the massive useless HUD that takes up half the screen now... I hope they release more options.

I've been playing it for roughly same amount of time, and I also hate it, it doesn't feel like cs anymore, it feels like call of duty with spray Patterns.

I don't like modern shooters from being too overstimulated and now my last oasis of calm has been taken away.

Once the bloody HUD appears the game stutters so bad to the point it's unplayable.

Hate it aswell. As soon as that ♥♥♥♥ pops up my fps gets lowerd to the point its a huge disadvantage. Combine that with a nade and ur ♥♥♥♥♥. It's just a messy distraction and I don't understand how no one is talking about it
