The big problem is you need smart people to design that kind of things so.
The ranking works very similar to csgo, i dont see the need to change it now. Also making it more based on personal performance may cause people to not play for the win, but instead play for kills.
Stop solo queuing, and start playing for rounds rather than kills.
And if you're not doing that, then stop complaining that the system works.
you have a bad game but your team carries you and you still get the full points for it
your complain are only valid for a small game count, the moment you have more games YOUR performance has the biggest impact on winning/losing, which in return dictates you climbing or falling in ranks
