when i launch cs2 i get error: CRenderDeviceMgrDx11::Init():

Most likely this is a result of having Discreet Graphics (built in) and not Dedicated Graphics with dedicated Video Ram. If you have dedicated graphics download Direct X Runtime setup but my guess is this is because you only have Discreet Graphics.

I had this after the recent update. did all the things here. The switching to my second monitor in game broke it. work around for me was unplugging my play monitor, running the game and moving it back over

It worked. We need change game to second monitor after re-plug again.
