delete everything in the launch options of the game and try to go

In your command settenings delete something like -dx90. I don't remember what it's called exactly, but u find if u have that.

Just rightclick csgo. properties settings -> Start options and delete the word -dxlevel 90. it will solve ur problems

Even deleting the startup commands, it keeps giving the same error.
