Fix on CS2 stutter for some Systems

For everyone having problems with CS2 Stutters: Try using -vulkan as an Launch Option.

launch options: -d3d9ex -threads 8 +cl_interp_ratio 1 -freq 144 -refresh 144 -high +fps_max 400 +cl_interp 0.015625-fullscreen +mat_queue_mode 2 +r_drawparticles "0" +func_break_max_pieces "0" -nothreadedsockets +cl_updaterate 128

delete CSGO, then delete all files in userdata, reinstall nvidia driver. Install csgo, start csgo, den start cs2. Easy FIX

After trying every ”fix” online, nothing seemed to completely remove the stuttering in CS2. I fixed my stuttering by converting my (C:) drive to GPT (from MBR) allowing me to boot using UEFI instead of CSM. Also, my fps nearly doubled.

This is the best fix IMO, instead of reducing the stuttering, it removed all stuttering completely.

For all of you who have those stutter issues and are using the -vulkan start parameters to play with less performance -> The problem is somewhere software related.

HOW TO FIX IT:
Create a new Local User
-> Login to that new Local User Account
-> Login into Steam
-> Launch CS2 and your problems will be gone. A Clean Windows install will do the same but is a bit more work to do.

Works at least for the NVIDIA Cards.
