CS2 Refresh rate(hz)

I accidentaly changed the resfresh rate inside cs2 to 75hz although my monitor can only run at 60hz. Now every time I boot up cs2 there is only a black screen and it does nothing. I dont really jnow how to change it in the game files or so but I also cant uninstall cs2 pls help me.

How you do that becuz in my Cs2 i dont have option to go 75hz....
I got 75hz monitor

go delete your settings in the explorer and verify the game after

not sure but would -freq 60 command in launch options fix this?
