only by that Comment i Can see whos the stupid one here... using outdated windows like 1703 is proven to be muCh more safer, for alot of seCurity reasons, sinCe most of the stuff nowadays is aimed at newer versions, also i like the looks of 1703 more, also works better on my system
yes the only supported versions are 21 and 22h2
mine is 60hz too but works well lol
