CS2 for MacOS - Downloaded but not showing the option to play

I recently got the CS2 for Mac invitation and downloaded it. However, I'm facing a problem – the game isn't showing up in my Library. Even when I open CS:GO, there's no option to play CS2. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?

just go to properties, compatibility, check the box where it says force the use of a specific steam play compatibility tool, proton, and the whole thing will be fixed.

where can i find the compatibility option?

Same problem, Idk why valve just open the beta and let us download it, then just put that's only for PC windows :/

There's no an "compatibility tool" on the CSGO properties...

yes, i mean i do not have a choice of not downloading it once it started. It just does not make sense how it can download everything and taking so long except for launching the game :/

Yea men i feel you my internet is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ so i am already waiting 5 hours to finish. Halfway through i red it does not support Mac
