unlock game issue
Hi guys, me and my friends tried to play unranked 5v5 recently. Many of them were able to play csgo immidiately, unfortunately in one case, when I tried to start searching, this red message pops up:

PLAYERNAME must unlock this game mode by completing matches in other game modes. Casual and deathmatch are good modes to start with.

I never saw this before, there were times, where you had to fulfill some 20+ level etc, but I have no idea why 5 friends can play with "new accounts", but one do not.

i think they need to be at least lvl 2

and how can you reach lvl2, when you have no prime?

there are no levels on non-prime anymore?? well idk then, maybe they just have to play other modes before unranked

You can play witjout prime and get to gold rank but only when you purchase prime it shows that you are gold.
