if cs2 starts will depend on the directx stuff i believe.
if its directx12 only or smthn u need a gpu

Csgo right now its a cpu heavy game the better cpu/ghz you have the better fps you have, A gpu will give you fps but not by that much.
Cs2 its the other away around its more heavy on the gpu part instead off the cpu, so you found maybe be enable to play the game but with really low fps so i wound recommend you to buy a gpu they are really cheap in secend hand like ebay and stuff like that.
