The unfair AWP (Sniper) advantage

I saw a video on Arch's channel on YouTube that deals with the problem of sniper rifles.
The video is titled "SNIPERS: A Nightmare for Developers and Players".

He describes very well why the AWP in Counter-Strike is, and always has been, way too powerful compared to the other weapons.
And before you go off right now, sharing your mental outpourings and describing how unskilled everyone else is compared to you, watch the video.

Valve knows that AWP players would cry if they lost their overpowered advantage.
But Valve is also aware of the sniper rifle problem.

I think that the weapon could be adjusted as described in the video or at least small concessions could be made to the weapon balance.
Also not everything has to be changed at once.

i could imagine:

1. remove the first zoom level

I sneak up on my opponent and hit him 2-3 times in the back. He turns around in a split second (180°). Normally the enemy's weapon would become inaccurate due to the fire, but not so with the AWP. I am dead, of course.

2. after zoom, it should take a tad longer for the accuracy to go to 100% (also works against quickscope)

The AWP has no crosshairs without zoom , but let's face it, players used to draw a dot on the monitor. Today there are tools for that, so:
You may not do that, but others have to help themselves in other ways.

3. non scope accuracy significantly decrease during movement and after stopping it takes longer to become accurate in non scope
4. A shot into the shoe sole should not be lethal (different hit zones, different damage).

Those who have the necessary skills should have no problems with it. The weapon is basically not changed, but only the unfair advantages are somewhat mitigated.

And who would then be allowed to play the AWP? It would also be a strong intervention in the strategic possibilities.
In the other game modes, however, this changes nothing and there are often 3-5 AWP in the opponent team.

You should spend more time on the server training and less time trying to change THE competitive eSports shooter, developed and perfectionized over 20+ years.

Definitely a skill issue, its so easy to counter an AWP and a team with multiple AWPS is even easier to overcome, so it is stupid to limit it to just one per team.

Learn some utility, understand the game mechanics and use some strats. The AWP is not overpowered at all, it is very expensive so high risk/high reward.

I'm not even an AWP player, but i know how to use it and play against it.

This is just straight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, u can evade an awp with a flash or a smoke, I have a 240hz and I play at high level most of the time, and people know how to avoid me most of the time, and when they don't I kill 4 or the whole team, simple as that

Can we please focus on what is important? There is no need to pick on just one comment. As this only shows bad style. If you have the knowledge, disagree, please refute what is said in the video, as this reinforces the basic point.

There is no point. The awp stays. You have no comp games played or it is a acc only used to troll on. You spam this thread, firthermore sowing you either bait or since the last thread haven't learned anything in the game.

It is amazing how a discussion is repeatedly thwarted here. People who want to participate creatively in the discussion are immediately put down and insulted. Hardly have they read the headline when they start typing and what comes out in the end is meaningless or off-topic.

The main thing is that one’s own ego was stroked by denying everyone else the ability to do anything. These are probably also the people who are at the bottom of the scoreboard and scream the loudest about how skilled they are. What is this skill argument supposed to achieve anyway, or do you think we could achieve the goal with a one-on-one? Is that supposed to increase the value of your statement?
