Can CS2 be playable on Intel Iris Xe or MX Nvidia cards?

nah, the max fps i got was 80, on a casual game got 45, yall know that on cs these fps are not playable

You would get 60 fps tops on low rez, which is really not great..

The highest FPS I have ever gotten is less than 60...

I'm getting around 100-125fps on 1280x800 on Low settings, pretty playable but not ideal if you ask me. The FPS are pretty much jumping up and down and dips below 60fps (to about 50fps) once when there's many people on a location. With my screen's native resolution (1920x1200), I can only get max 60fps.

if enemy throw a combo if smoke's, molly's and nade's, game crashes

It is in fact playable at low settings with 1600x900 res for around 60-70 fps. If it is a laptop which has a 60hz monitor, then that is more than enough.
