How do pro players turn ~180 degrees to shoot the player behind them or when checking angles with such low DPI and Sens?

-By moving the cursor down and then turning around (it is faster to turn if your pitch is down)

u lift ur mouse and replace it to the opposite side quickly, to then be able to do like a 200° spin.
most of the time its a failure of your gamesense or teammates cover if somebody appears behind you.
that doesnt happen if played well so u pretty much never need to do that.
thats why good players dont need to worry about that.
having a keyboard without mousepad also nice for this.
if youre extremely desperate, use bind mouse4 +left , like surfers xD.
but i never use that ingame, its a tool of lazyness in calm sitations haha.

I use AimLabs to calculate my optimal sens and utilise that in my FPS comp shooter games like CSGO an Val I noticed a big improvement in my gameplay climbing the ranks again
