CS2 extremely laggy and slow

6600XT 5600x with 16 gigs of ram. absolute lowest settings and tried 800x600 res with very poor performance 109 fps~ and huge stuttering randomly. anyone know what's causing this to happen?

Yeah I'm getting massive frame drops as well, regardless of graphical settings. It's related to packet loss. Tbh I think the CS2 servers are just overloaded at the moment.

Considering I have 300+ FPS and a computer with over 5 grand, I don't think peoples PCs are the issue.

A mate paid 800€ and got 500-600.
When did you buy your pc and was it a prebuild?

RTX 2060 got released in 2019, MSRP of $349.
i7 10700k got released in 2020, MSRP of $400

And a pc you bought in 2016 for 5k is probably less than 1k worth now.

If i would buy a 100k PC from 1995 it wouldnt be able to run CS at all.
